The Red Herring Top 100 Global event came to a close in L.A. last week, as a formidable list of 100 startups walked away with an award.
The event brought together winners from Red Herring’s Europe, Asia and North America awards, and allowed for much global networking.
The conference featured a number of prestigious speakers, discussing topics such as technology exits, funding strategies and how to deal with corporate investors.
After the conference ended, the companies pitched their businesses to the Red Herring judges, and it was immediately clear how high the standard of competition was. Companies from all over the world represented sectors such as mobile payments, big data, biotech and many, many more.
