The Red Herring Global Top 100 Awards came to a close in Pasadena, California last week, and companies from across the world were crowned as among the most promising in technology.
The winners came from as far away as Singapore, Japan, Finland and China for both the awards and the Red Herring conference, which featured a number of high profile speakers. Numerous industries were represented by the participants, which all brought a staggering level of innovation to the contest.
Among the winners were ingenious healthcare solutions, promising instant payment platforms and breathtaking I.T. infrastructure companies set to change the face of software building worldwide.
In the end not every company could be winners, making those which made it to the podium all the more special.
