A week after disclosing $25 million in new funding, the streaming device company Roku is apparently working with BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup on its IPO.
Enterprise communication tool Slack has raised $120 million at a post-funding valuation of $1.12 billion. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Google Ventures led the investment into the company, which only launched its platform to the public eight months ago.
Strava, platform connecting athletes, has secured $18.5 million in a Series D round led by Sequoia Capital. Sigma West and Madrone Capital Partners also participated in the round.
