The Kia Sandstorm concept is a biodiesel electric plug-in hybrid with a recyclable nickel-metal-hydride battery; solar-cooled, “barbecue-friendly” storage ideal for burgers and beverages; and built-in, detachable recycling bins.

The convertible buggy includes recyclable, removable polyethylene terephthalate panels will allow “eco-fashionistas” to change colors at will, and a hydroformed aluminum safety cage, according to the HyundaiKiaAmericanDesignCenter.
